These Terms of Use govern the access and use of the Milewa platform, a software offered in the SaaS model for operational and financial sales analysis in marketplaces, including integrations with platforms like Mercado Livre, Shopee, and Amazon, as contracted and provided by Milewa.
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, starting a trial, or using the platform, the user declares that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Service scope
Milewa provides tools for collecting, organizing, viewing, and analyzing operational, financial, and performance data, focused on supporting decisions about pricing, margin, costs, orders, and operational efficiency. Features may vary depending on the plan, active integrations, environment, and product roadmap.
Sign up and access
Access to the platform requires registration with true, complete, and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials, for use of the account, and for all activity performed from it. Sharing logins inappropriately or attempting to bypass authentication, limitation, or security mechanisms is prohibited.
Integrations with marketplaces and third parties
By connecting marketplace accounts or third-party systems, the user declares they have legitimate authorization to do so. Milewa will act according to the permissions granted, respecting the technical and contractual limits of these integrations. The user acknowledges that unavailability, API changes, third-party errors, or limitations imposed by partners may affect some features.
Integrations with Mercado Livre, Shopee, and Amazon use the official authorization flow of each marketplace. Milewa neither requests nor stores the user's marketplace password; access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to provide the service. On Amazon, the connection is made through the Selling Partner API, with the seller's authorization in Seller Central, and is limited to reading store orders and financial events, without access to buyers' personal data. Amazon itself requires that authorization be granted by the primary user of a seller account on the Professional plan.
The user can revoke authorization at any time, in the marketplace itself (in the case of Amazon, through the authorized apps area of Seller Central) or by disconnecting the store in Milewa. After revocation, the collection of new data is stopped; the processing of already imported data follows the Privacy Policy. Fee values displayed before marketplace billing may be estimates and are replaced by the values informed by the marketplace when available.
Plans, trials, and billing
Milewa may offer paid plans, trial periods, free features, usage limits, and promotional conditions. Prices, terms, renewal, cancellation policy, and plan scope must be stated in the commercial proposal, checkout, or current pricing page. Unless otherwise specified, non-payment may result in blocking, limiting, or suspending access, according to internal billing procedures.
Permitted use and restrictions
It is forbidden to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to violate third-party rights, to gain unauthorized access to data, to exploit vulnerabilities, to copy functionality abusively, to resell the service without authorization, or to use the environment in a way that compromises stability, integrity, or security. It is also prohibited to insert unauthorized content, scripts, automations, or integrations that cause damage or degrade the service.
Intellectual property
The platform, its interface, code, brand, documentation, layout, content, and technical elements belong to Milewa or third-party licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user, except for a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service while the contractual relationship is in effect.
Availability and support
Milewa will seek to keep the service available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, bug fixes, interface changes, and feature improvements may occur. Support will be provided through the channels and levels compatible with the subscribed plan.
Privacy and data protection
The processing of personal data related to the use of the platform will observe Milewa's Privacy Policy and applicable legislation (LGPD). The data subject can exercise their rights at any time through the Data Subject Rights page. The user acknowledges that, in the context of integrations with marketplaces, there may be additional obligations of security, retention, traceability, and incident response, including notifying the affected marketplace within the deadlines required by each one's data protection policies (such as Amazon and Shopee).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milewa will not be liable for loss of profit, indirect loss, business decisions made solely based on reports, downtime caused by third parties, failures of external APIs, misuse of the account by the user, or inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information provided to the system. The user remains responsible for validating critical decisions, prices, registrations, and accounting/tax data before execution.
Suspension and termination
Milewa may suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, security risk, violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or abusive use of the platform. The user may close the account and request cancellation according to the current contract process. Existing payment obligations, audit rights, minimum legal retention, and clauses on data protection and intellectual property remain valid after termination, when applicable.
Final provisions
Milewa may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be available on the website and, when necessary, the user may be notified about relevant changes. For commercial, contractual, or technical questions, contact Milewa through official channels.
